VIGO DISPLAY Order & Delivery FAQ List
Once you know which fixtures you need, the next questions are about the process: how to get a quote, what the MOQ is, which payment terms we accept, how fast stock ships, and how long production and delivery take. This list condenses the official VIGO DISPLAY Order & Delivery FAQ — 12 questions — into one page.
On this page
1. Quotes, MOQ and Payment
How the quotation works, minimum quantities per product type, bulk pricing and payment terms.
How do I get a quote, and what information should I prepare?
Send us your product idea, quantity and target market, and our team replies with a tailored quote within one business day. The more specific you can be — product type, size, quantity, finish and destination — the more accurate the first quote will be.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products?
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the product type: roughly 500 units for standard display racks, 300 units for customized items, and 100 units for promotional props. If your first order is smaller, tell us — we will discuss whether your requirement can be accommodated.
What is the minimum order quantity, any price advantage for bulk purchase?
We keep a low MOQ on small general fittings so you can buy flexibly, and we apply tiered favourable pricing for full-container bulk purchases. If you are planning a large programme or a long-term restock cycle, ask for the tiered price list before you commit.
What payment terms do you accept?
We offer a variety of flexible payment terms to suit global customers, including standard T/T and L/C arrangements, with simple terms for sample orders. Every transaction is handled through secure, clearly documented channels.
How accurate is your real-time inventory display?
Our online inventory is synchronized with our warehouse management system and updated multiple times daily. For critical large-quantity orders, we still recommend contacting us for a final confirmation to ensure 100% availability.
2. Production, Dispatch and Delivery Options
Lead times, in-stock dispatch speed, logistics options and special handling for large or irregular cargo.
How long is the production lead time, and what are the shipping options?
Lead time depends on whether the product is standard or customized, and we offer three flexible shipping options so you can balance speed and cost. Tell us your target on-shelf date at the quotation stage and we will plan the production slot around it.
How fast can you ship after I place an order?
Extremely fast. Standard in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Urgent orders can be prioritized for same-day dispatch.
What are my logistics options and typical delivery times?
We offer flexible solutions: Express (3-7 days) for samples or urgent needs; Air Freight (5-10 days) for small batches; and Sea Freight (20-40 days) for large volumes at optimal cost. We provide a recommended option upon checkout.
How to handle logistics for large or irregularly shaped customized props?
We solve this in three ways: foldable or detachable structures that reduce packaging volume by up to 60%; cooperation with specialized carriers for oversized cargo, including door-to-door service; and freight-cost estimation at the quotation stage so you can plan the budget early.
3. Trade Terms, Customs and Transit Damage
Incoterms, customs support and what happens if goods are damaged in transit.
What trade terms (Incoterms) do you support — FOB, CIF, or DDP?
We support FOB, CIF and DDP terms, so you choose how much shipping and customs responsibility we handle. Buyers who want a simpler receiving process often pick DDP; buyers with their own forwarder usually prefer FOB or CIF.
Do you help with customs clearance and import duties?
Yes. We prepare complete export documents and can arrange door-to-door DDP delivery, handling clearance and duties on your side. If you import regularly, our documentation is set up to keep your own clearance smooth as well.
How do you handle product damage during shipping?
We protect shipments with professional packaging designed to reduce damage in transit, and we operate a standardized damage-claim process so that if damage does occur it is resolved properly and quickly. Photograph the damaged carton on arrival and our team will guide you through the claim.
