A:Carton size follows the design, not a fixed house standard — but you always get exact figures. Every order ships with a packing list stating carton quantity, dimensions, net and gross weight, and total CBM.

Indicative container capacity
| Container | Usable volume | Typical loading |
|---|---|---|
| 20 ft standard | About 28 CBM | Flat-packed fixtures, heavy items |
| 40 ft standard | About 58 CBM | Mixed SKU programmes |
| 40 ft high cube | About 68 CBM | Assembled units, low-density displays |
How packaging is decided
- Flat-pack wherever the display can be assembled on site — usually the single largest saving on freight.
- Carton strength is matched to stack height and transit mode; air freight and multi-handling routes need more board.
- Inner protection for finished surfaces — acrylic and powder-coated panels get interleaving and edge protection.
Ask early if carton size is critical
If your warehouse or 3PL has a maximum carton size or weight limit, tell us before production — packaging can usually be re-engineered, but not once the cartons are made and packed.
