Q: Can I re-sample if I am not satisfied with the customized product sample?

A: Re-sampling is supported. The first unsatisfactory sample can be re-sampled for free once, and sampling fees need to be borne through negotiation for multiple modifications.We attach great importance to the customer's satisfaction with the customized samples. After the customized product sample is completed, if the customer is not satisfied with the size, color, workmanship and other aspects of the sample, they can put forward specific modification opinions, and we will re-sample for free once; if they are not satisfied after multiple modifications, to protect the rights and interests of both parties, reasonable sampling fees will be charged according to the number of modifications and material loss. Q: Can you provide product matching suggestion service?

A: Free product matching suggestions are provided, and the optimal product combination is recommended according to the customer's store type and display scenario.We have a professional product consultant team, familiar with the display needs and product adaptability of various retail scenarios. Q: Can I modify customization requirements during the customized product process?

A: Customization requirements can be modified for free before entering the production link; if production has started, cost will be calculated according to the modification range.In the drawing confirmation stage and sampling stage of customized products, customers can modify the customized content (such as size, color, logo, etc.) for free according to their own needs; if the product has entered the mass production stage, modifying the customization requirements will affect the production progress and material loss. Q: Do you provide product installation guidance service?

A: Free installation guidance is provided, including installation manual and video tutorial, and one-to-one guidance is available for complex products.To facilitate customers to quickly install and use the products, we provide free installation guidance services for all display fixtures that need installation. Regular products are equipped with detailed Chinese and English installation manuals. For complex products (such as large shelves and combined display racks), installation video tutorials can be provided. Q: Can I get free product trial samples?

A: Free trial samples for regular standard items, only low cost charge for customized samples, which can be deducted in subsequent orders.To help overseas buyers check workmanship, size and actual using effect, all standard popular display fixtures are available for free trial application with buyer bearing sample freight. Custom samples with exclusive printing and special modification only charge basic material cost, which can be fully deducted in subsequent formal bulk orders to reduce early verification cost.👉 Leave the product model you need samples for, we will arrange sample delivery immediately.

Q: How long is sample lead time and mass production time for customized products?

A: Regular samples finished within 1-3 working days, bulk orders delivered in 3-15 days based on quantity, rush order available.Simple general display accessories have higher sample efficiency, while complex special-shaped display tools take no more than 3 working days for sampling. Small bulk stock orders can be delivered directly without waiting. Medium and large customized orders are produced in order. Q: What are my logistics options and typical delivery times?

Q: How fast can you ship after I place an order?

Q: What if I need a slight modification to a standard in-stock product?

A: For minor modifications (e.g., adding a logo, custom color coating), please contact us directly. We will evaluate and provide a “Fast-Track Modification” quote, which typically adds only 3-7 days to the standard shipping timeline.

Q: Is the quality of in-stock items the same as custom-made products?

A: Absolutely yes. All in-stock items are produced on the same production lines, following the same strict quality control standards as our custom orders. You receive identical factory-direct quality without the wait.

Q: Do you offer samples of in-stock products?

A: Absolutely. Most in-stock items are available for sample purchase at a low sample fee (often refundable on future bulk orders). Samples typically ship within 24 hours via express courier.

Q: How accurate is your real-time inventory display?

A: Our online inventory is synchronized with our warehouse management system and updated multiple times daily. For critical large-quantity orders, we still recommend contacting us for a final confirmation to ensure 100% availability.

Q: Will the magnetic effect of bulletin boards decrease after frequent use by multiple people?
