A:Yes. Shipping to a fulfilment centre is a documentation and booking process as much as a transport one: the warehouse sets carton labels, pallet rules, delivery windows and appointment requirements, and we build to those.

What we need from you

  • The exact warehouse address, plus the warehouse or FBA shipment ID.
  • Label specification — FNSKU, carton label format, and whether labels are applied by us or by the warehouse.
  • Pallet and stacking rules — maximum pallet height, footprint, wrap and corner-board requirements.
  • Delivery constraints — appointment system, receiving days and any peak-season cut-offs.

Peak-season warning

Fulfilment centres enforce strict cut-offs before major sale events and often suspend receiving during peak weeks. Book shipment dates at least four to six weeks ahead of a peak, and keep a copy of the delivery confirmation in case the warehouse disputes the arrival date.
