Do you supply spare parts, and how are in-store failures handled under warranty?

Do you supply spare parts, and how are in-store failures handled under warranty?

A:We supply spares for the wear parts of every fixture we make: clips, dividers, pushers, springs, LED modules, diffusers, and hardware. An in-store failure is handled with a replacement part first, a replacement unit second, and a credit third, depending on the fault and how much of the order is affected.

What fails, and what to stock

  • Consumables — springs, clips, and adhesive pads; a 2–5% spares allowance on the order covers most of it.
  • Electrics — LED modules and drivers are the first thing to fail on a lit display.
  • Claim route — a photo, the fixture code, and the order number; a missing clip does not require returning the unit.
  • Warranty terms — period and exclusions are stated on the quotation and the order confirmation.

Cheap now, expensive later

A spares allowance added to the original purchase order is the single most effective way to keep a chain rollout running. Ordering one clip six months later costs more in freight and handling than the part itself.
