How do you handle a multi-market rollout with different languages and brand guidelines?

A:We run a rollout as one program with per-market variants. The master specification is locked first; language, plug type, voltage, and packing then go out as market-specific revisions against that master drawing and bill of materials. The fixture stays identical while the label, manual, and carton content change by country.

What changes by market, and what does not
- Master drawing and BOM — locked before any market variant is released.
- Language sets — en, ja, ar, and es are live on our site; other languages come as translation-ready artwork.
- Electrics — 100–240 V drivers, plug by destination, labeling to market requirements.
- Packing — manuals and carton markings swap per market; the hardware stays common.
Batch count drives cost, not language
Several small batches cost more than the localization itself. Agree the market split and batch sizes up front so the run is scheduled as one production block with sorted packing, instead of several separate orders placed months apart.
