A:Most of our shelf, hook, and floor-standing ranges ship knock-down: panels are flat-packed with cam-lock, bolt-and-nut, or slot-together joints, and one fixture usually goes together in 10–25 minutes with a hex key and a rubber mallet. No power tools needed.

What ships flat, and what does not
- Ships flat — gondola ends, tiered racks, floor stands, and dump bins.
- Ships assembled — small acrylic counter units and light boxes with wired electrics.
- Tools — a hex key and mallet come in the carton; you only need a screwdriver for wall fixings.
- Hardware packing — bagged per fixture, not per carton, so a multi-store delivery cannot leave one store short.
The labor moves; it does not disappear
Flat packing cuts freight and shifts assembly to the store. If your locations have no maintenance team, ask for pre-assembled units, or for a store-ready kit with photo instructions and spare fixings.
