Q: Can I customize the color and branding of my shelf pushers?

VIGO DISPLAY has full-process customization capabilities, which can fully match the client’s brand visual system from appearance to identification. All customization processes have passed wear resistance and weather resistance tests to ensure long-term use effect in retail scenarios. In terms of color matching, full Pantone color matching is supported, and the pusher body, track and front stopper can be uniformly colored to adapt to the brand store visual specifications. The raw material coloring adopts masterbatch mixing process instead of surface spraying, which will not fade or peel off after long-term use, with higher color uniformity.

Three process options are available for brand identification: first, silk-screen printing, suitable for small-batch customization, with low cost and fast delivery, and can print single-color or multi-color logos; second, self-adhesive labeling, using wear-resistant PET labels, which can be replaced at any time, suitable for seasonal brand activities; third, in-mold labeling (IML) process, which integrates the logo directly into the plastic parts during molding, forming an integrated structure, wear-resistant, scratch-resistant and never falling off, with the same service life as the product body, which is the preferred solution for long-term customization of chain brands. All custom orders take effect after meeting the corresponding MOQ customization standards. Before mass production, pre-production color swatches and samples will be provided for client’s signature confirmation to ensure the delivery effect is consistent with expectations.
