VIGO DISPLAY’s spring tension selection guide is based on tens of thousands of laboratory cycle tests and field verification in offline retail scenarios. Five standard tension levels cover the vast majority of retail product scenarios, and clients can match directly by product category. The 2N tension is ultra-lightweight, designed exclusively for ultra-light items under 50g per unit such as lipstick, lip balm, single-color eyeshadow and small stationery, with soft thrust that will not cause products to slide off due to overly fast pushing. The 4N tension is lightweight, suitable for standard cigarette packs, blister-packed medicines, 330ml aluminum cans and sheet masks weighing 50–200g per unit, and is the mainstream choice for convenience store tobacco and alcohol zones and cosmetics stores.

The 6N tension is medium-weight, suitable for 500ml bottled water, regular face creams and boxed skincare products weighing 200–500g per unit, and is a general specification for supermarket food and cosmetics zones. The 10N tension is heavy-duty thrust, suitable for 1L bottled beverages, canned food and large toiletries weighing 500–1000g per unit, with sufficient thrust to push smoothly even under full load. The 15N tension is ultra-heavy-duty, designed exclusively for heavy products weighing 1000–2000g per unit such as 1.5L–2L large-capacity bottled beverages and large household cleaning products. Some dual-spring models can be stacked to a total thrust of 30N for heavier load scenarios. All springs are made of 304 stainless steel with anti-fatigue heat treatment, with a tension decay rate of less than 8% after 10,000 full-stroke cycle tests, meeting industry durability standards.
