A: We understand that plans can change, which is why we have established clear and flexible order adjustment policies to accommodate your needs.
Regarding Minor Changes:
If you need to make minor adjustments within 48 hours of order confirmation—such as color modifications or small specification tweaks (e.g., slight dimensional changes that do not affect tooling)—we are happy to accommodate these requests free of charge. This grace period is designed to ensure that any last‑minute refinements can be made before mass production officially begins.
Regarding Major Changes:
If significant modifications are required after production has already started—such as a complete design overhaul, material replacement, or changes that require new tooling—we will do our best to cooperate. However, a revision fee may apply to cover the cost of scrapped materials, labor hours already invested, and any new tooling required.
