How do you handle product damage during shipping?

We take strict packaging measures to minimize damage risks: products are wrapped in bubble film, placed in sturdy cartons with foam padding, and pallets are used for large orders to prevent crushing. In case of damage during shipping, please provide photos of the damaged products and packaging within 3 days of receipt.
After confirming the cause, we will either arrange a replacement (for manufacturing or packaging defects) or assist in claiming compensation from the logistics company (for transportation-related damage). For high-value orders, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance, which we can arrange on your behalf.
